NATURAL, SUSTAINABLE & FOREST GROWN

Forest honey PRODUCTS

The intriguing aspect of our forest honey products lies in their distinctive flavour, influenced by the various flowers the bees visit. Multifloral honey offers an ever-surprising tasting experience, encapsulating the essence of the forest. The harvesting season, occurring between April and June, brings the Soliga families together, with each member having a designated role in the process. The communal activity is accompanied by singing and celebration.

Through years of dedicated effort, the Soligas have cultivated a profound understanding of the behaviour and needs of various bee types, including the indigenous Apis dorsata, Apis florea, Apis cerana and stingless bees. At the heart of our harvesting methods lies a commitment to preserving age-old traditions that have been lovingly handed down across generations of Soligas. Following the harvest, we prioritise minimal processing where the honey is meticulously filtered and packaged at our village’s processing unit.

Our forest honey products are a living embodiment of the intricate dance between humanity and nature, guided by traditions that respect the delicate balance of life. With each jar of honey studiously collected and every drop thoughtfully filtered, we offer you not just a taste of the forest, but a glimpse into a legacy of coexistence and care that spans generations of Soligas.
